Rowell Family Empowerment offers support, education and advocacy for families of children with disabilities. Need help with an Individualized Education Program (IEP)? RFENC has a training that will assist! Interested in getting involved with children with disabilities? RFENC offers many opportunities! Looking to take on a leadership role? We provide information about such opportunities and more!

The fact that most staff at RFENC have children with disabilities is one characteristic that sets us apart from other agencies. The staff at RFENC have been "there".

As parents, our staff understand that you are your child's first teacher and an expert on information about your child! We want to provide you with the information and support you need to learn advocacy skills. The more information and skills you have, the better prepared you are to take an active and empowered role in your child/student's life.

From infants to toddlers to teens to young adults, everyone is welcome here! Simply put, we believe that everyone belongs. A community that excludes just a single member is no community at all. With this mentality we strive to empower those with diverse abilities and their families.
